Hvac Service Technician
Job Title: HVAC Service Technician

Job Description PAY RATE: $45 - $55 per hour plus Overtime

As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing HVAC units, conducting preventative maintenance, and working with various refrigeration systems including chillers, condensers, package units, roof top units, and split systems.

ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and repair HVAC units.Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration systems.Handle chiller and condenser repairs.Install and service package units, roof top units, and split systems.Work with central plant HVAC systems and boilers.Read and interpret blueprints for installation and service tasks.Essential SkillsProficiency in HVAC installation and fitting.Skilled in piping, threading, and brazing.Strong troubleshooting abilities for HVAC units.Experience with air conditioning systems.Capability to handle boiler and chiller repairs.Additional Skills & QualificationsOSHA 30 certification.SST 10 certification preferred.5+ years of relevant HVAC experience.Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Conduct service calls throughout NYC with working hours from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
