Job Title: HVAC Service Technician

Job Description

As an HVAC Service Technician, you will perform service work and repairs on HVAC equipment. You are expected to troubleshoot and diagnose issues, then execute necessary repairs. The role requires working on rooftops and within facilities, climbing ladders, and using lifts.

ResponsibilitiesPerform service work and repairs on HVAC equipment.Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues.Work on rooftops and within facilities.Climb ladders and utilize lifts to access equipment.Execute repairs on RTUs, chillers, water towers, cooling towers, VFDs, boilers, and air handlers.Essential SkillsExperience with commercial or industrial HVAC service.State Certified Journeyman card holder or equivalent 8 years of experience.Proficient in troubleshooting and making repairs.EPA Certification.Additional Skills & QualificationsKnowledge of mechanical, chilled water system analysis tool (CWSAT), and blueprint reading.Experience with preventive maintenance and installation.Understanding of sheet metal, refrigeration, cooling tower, RTUs, and electrical systems.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80080.00 - $80080.00/yr.
