We are looking for a skilled and motivated HVAC Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in both residential and commercial environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with a variety of HVAC systems and components, strong troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, service, and maintain HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation systems.Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to ensure accurate installation and repair.Install and configure rooftop units, VAV (Variable Air Volume) boxes, ductwork, and related components.Cut, bend, and fabricate sheet metal for custom ductwork and fittings.Perform system diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs.Work with a wide range of HVAC brands including Carrier, Aprilaire, Mitsubishi, York, Trane, Rheem, Armstrong, Bryant, and LG.Ensure all work complies with local HVAC codes and safety standards.Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure satisfaction and clarity of service.Qualifications2+ years of HVAC installation and service experience preferred.EPA certification and/or HVAC license (as required by local regulations).Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical documents.Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environmental conditions.Why Work With Us?Join a family-oriented company that truly values its employees. The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $93600.00/yr.
