Job Description
As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Your role will involve diagnosing and repairing system issues, including electrical and mechanical components, while providing excellent customer service and ensuring compliance with regulations.
ResponsibilitiesPerform routine maintenance on HVAC systems, including cleaning, adjusting, and replacing parts as necessary.Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues, including electrical and mechanical components.Troubleshoot problems and provide effective solutions to restore system functionality.Interact with customers to explain system issues, repair options, and maintenance recommendations.Ensure all work is performed in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.Follow company safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.Maintain accurate records of all service calls, including work performed, parts used, and customer interactions.Complete service reports and submit them in a timely manner.Essential SkillsMinimum of 5 years of experience as an HVAC technician, preferably in a residential setting.Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including electrical and mechanical components.Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.Valid HVAC technician certification (e.g., EPA 608).Additional Skills & QualificationsCompletion of an HVAC training program or apprenticeship is preferred.High school diploma or equivalent.Ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and perform tasks that require physical exertion.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Why Work Here?

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
