HVAC Service Technician
**Job Title: HVAC Technician paying $28- $36/ hr (weekly pay)** **Job Description** As an HVAC Service Technician and future team leader for our company, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring top-notch service delivery while mentoring the next generation of technicians. You'll have the opportunity to grow into a leadership position, shaping the future of our team. Contractors will be working in commercial properties like Sephora, Dunhams, Barnes & Noble, etc. **Responsibilities** + Diagnose, repair, and install HVAC systems and equipment. + Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience. + Prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. + Understand and implement HVAC tools, equipment, and safety standards. + Issue 'Lock Out/Tag Out' tags and follow up as required. + Work independently servicing HVAC equipment. + Mentor and guide junior technicians. **Essential Skills** + Proven experience as an HVAC technician, with ideally 3-5 years of hands-on service & install specific experience. + EPA Certifications. + High School diploma or general education degree (GED). + Strong technical skills in diagnosing, repairing, and installing HVAC systems. + Exceptional customer service skills. + Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. + Solid understanding of HVAC tools, equipment, and safety standards. + Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. + Valid driver's license and clean driving record. + Approval to drive by Company's insurance carrier. + Must be available for on-call duty outside of regular business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. On-call days will be scheduled in advance and is a rotation between all team members.
