We are seeking a dedicated HVAC Service Technician to join our team, providing onsite support for commercial customers. This role involves working across various sites in the Secaucus area, ensuring effective maintenance and operation of facilities. Pay is depending on experience and can go up to $40/hr.
ResponsibilitiesProvide onsite maintenance support across multiple locations in the Secaucus area.Assist in managing and delegating work orders with the use of CMMS technology.Perform installation, maintenance, and repairs of HVAC units and other aspects of facilities.Collaborate with a team to ensure timely and effective completion of work orders.Report to the customer HQ daily and travel with the team to various sites.Essential SkillsExperience in HVAC or FLS facilities maintenance.Proficiency with hand tools and mechanical assembly.Basic technology skills, particularly with CMMS systems.Why Work Here?
