Job Title: HVAC Service Technician
Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated HVAC Service Technician to service and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems ranging from 1 to 15 tons. The role involves diagnosing and troubleshooting system issues, performing routine maintenance and seasonal tune-ups, and ensuring compliance with HVAC codes and safety standards.

ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues, including electrical and mechanical components.Perform routine maintenance and seasonal tune-ups on HVAC systems.Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.Communicate effectively with clients to explain issues and recommend solutions.Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal HVAC codes and safety standards.Essential SkillsExperience with rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, and mini-splits.Working knowledge of basic electrical and control systems.Customer service experience in a field service role.Basic computer or tablet skills for work orders and scheduling.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; trade school or HVAC certification preferred.EPA 608 Certification required (Type II or Universal).Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Residential/Light Commercial HVAC service.Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions.Familiarity with refrigerants, thermostats, air filters, belts, pulleys, and compressors.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $76000.00 - $104000.00/yr.
