What you’ll Do:  

Supervise and support HVAC service technicians to ensure quality workmanship and customer satisfaction 

Assist with interviewing, hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management of technicians 

Lead new-hire orientation and ongoing technical and customer service training 

Conduct ride-alongs to coach technicians on diagnostics, technical skills, customer communication, and best practices 

Monitor technician KPIs and implement training strategies to improve performance 

Review and resolve service and maintenance callbacks, identifying trends and corrective actions 

Ensure technicians follow service standards, documentation requirements, and customer contact expectations 

Communicate regularly with the Service Manager on training progress, performance issues, and team needs 

Perform other duties as assigned 

What We’re Looking For: 

Proven HVAC service experience with strong technical and diagnostic skills 

Leadership mindset with the ability to train, coach, and develop technicians 

Excellent customer service and communication skills 

Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of HVAC systems, tools, and safety practices. 

Ability to explain technical information clearly to customers 

Computer proficiency (timekeeping, billing, mobile systems, payment processing) 

Valid driver’s license with a good driving record 

High school diploma or GED required; applicable HVAC licensure required per state regulations
