In this role, you’ll ensure the reliable operation of HVAC and refrigeration systems through proactive maintenance, expert troubleshooting, and hands-on installations. This position involves **traveling up to 60% across the U.S.** to support customer sites, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and fieldwork. **Key Responsibilities** + Monitor and assess HVAC and refrigeration systems for performance and faults + Perform scheduled and preventative maintenance + Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and control system issues + Travel nationwide (up to 60%) for equipment installations and service calls **Required Qualifications** + Proven experience with HVAC and refrigeration systems + Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, and control systems + Ability to perform maintenance and repairs independently + **EPA Universal Certification** required **Preferred Skills** + Experience servicing chillers and boilers + Ability to read and interpret schematics and electrical diagrams + Familiarity with control panels and electronic controllers (PLCs, thermostats, control circuits) **What We Offer** + Competitive salary: **$60,000 – $95,000** + Comprehensive benefits: **Health, Dental, Vision** + **Relocation assistance** , **sign-on bonus** , **per diem** , and **quarterly performance bonuses** + Direct hire opportunity with long-term career growth **Work Environment** You’ll work in a dynamic mix of manufacturing facilities and customer sites.
