**Job Title: HVAC/R Service Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled HVAC/R Service Technician with expertise in HVAC Refrigeration, Troubleshooting, and Repair. The ideal candidate will be proficient in handling package units, ice machines, chillers, split systems, and preventative maintenance tasks. **Responsibilities** + Perform HVAC refrigeration and troubleshooting tasks efficiently. + Conduct repair and maintenance on package units, ice machines, chillers, and split systems. + Implement preventative maintenance strategies to ensure optimal functioning of HVAC systems. + Service and repair rooftop units and condensers. + Manage refrigeration equipment and systems. **Essential Skills** + Experience in service and field service in HVAC and refrigeration. + Proficiency in HVAC troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance. + Ability to work with refrigeration HVAC systems including chillers, condensers, and package units. + EPA 608 Universal certification. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred. + Possession of personal hand tools for HVAC service tasks. **Why Work Here** Join a family-owned and operated company that offers top pay rates and opportunities for growth and advancement. Technicians are required to report customer HVAC issues within 2 hours of identification. The service area covers Long Island and Queens, with preference for candidates based in Nassau or Queens.
