Job Title: HVAC/R Service Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled HVAC/R Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in HVAC refrigeration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of various systems including package units, ice machines, chillers, and split systems.

ResponsibilitiesPerform HVAC refrigeration services and repairs.Troubleshoot and maintain HVAC units including package units, ice machines, chillers, and split systems.Conduct preventative maintenance on refrigeration equipment and systems.Ensure timely service delivery by completing 3-5 service calls per day.Communicate customer HVAC issues within 2 hours of diagnosis.Essential SkillsExperience in HVAC refrigeration and repair.Ability to troubleshoot HVAC units effectively.Knowledge of split systems, package units, and chillers.EPA 608 Universal certification.Proficient in HVAC maintenance and preventive maintenance.Additional Skills & QualificationsOSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred.Possession of personal hand tools.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Work hours are from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, covering service areas throughout Long Island and Queens. Must be based in Nassau or Queens and have a place to park the service van. The role requires performing service calls and prompt communication of HVAC issues.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
