Job Description
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC/R systems, EMS, and digital controls.Conduct preventive maintenance and manage workloads with external providers.Track refrigerant levels and parts usage, and order and manage HVAC/R parts and supplies.Maintain supplier and contractor relationships.Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local HVAC/R regulations and follow OSHA and EPA guidelines.Model ethical behavior and company values in daily operations.Essential Skills
3 years of experience in HVAC/R, PM, and troubleshooting.Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, repair, boiler, preventive maintenance, service, mechanical, installation, and carpentry.EPA Universal certification and Type I and Type II Environmental Protection Agency certification for refrigerant handling.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
This service technician role involves traveling from location to location, including retail and distribution locations. A service van and tools will be provided. You will navigate narrow, confined spaces, sloping and uneven surfaces, and work in varying temperatures and weather conditions. The job may require working at heights, overnight shifts, and exposure to substances requiring special handling.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $84000.00 - $87000.00/yr.
- Sign on Bonus of 2000 - Will be paid within 30 days, 1,000, and another 1,000 after 6 months
-Medical, PTO, and 401 (k) offered

This is a fully onsite position in DeSoto,TX.
