Job DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and experienced HVAC Pipefitter Foreman or Sub-Foreman to lead field crews in the installation and service of commercial HVAC piping systems. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who takes pride in delivering high-quality work, solving problems efficiently, and supporting a team culture built on trust and responsiveness.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate HVAC pipefitting crews on commercial job sitesInterpret mechanical drawings and specifications for chilled water, hot water, steam, and condenser systemsEnsure timely and accurate installation of piping systems in new construction and retrofit projectsCollaborate with project managers and general contractors to meet project goalsEnforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA standardsMentor and train apprentices and journeymen pipefittersMaintain daily logs of labor, materials, and job progressTroubleshoot field issues and implement effective solutionsSupport emergency service calls and same-day repair efforts when neededQualifications:5+ years of HVAC pipefitting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory roleStrong understanding of commercial HVAC systems and piping layoutsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawingsExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsOSHA 10 or 30 certification preferredValid driver’s license and ability to travel to various job sitesAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditionsBenefits:Competitive compensation based on experienceHealth, dental, and vision insuranceRetirement plan optionsPaid time off and holidaysOpportunities for advancement and ongoing trainingSupportive team environment with a focus on community and service
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00/hr.
