We are seeking a skilled HVAC Mechanic to manage and maintain various HVAC systems, including chillers, controls, boilers, compressors, fire panels, splits/mini splits, and commercial units.
ResponsibilitiesPerform preventative maintenance and repair on HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, and compressors.Troubleshoot and resolve issues with control systems and electrical components.Conduct maintenance on splits/mini splits and commercial units.Handle and respond to work orders and on-call/emergency calls efficiently.Ensure fire panels and safety systems are operational and compliant with regulations.
Essential SkillsProven experience in HVAC systems, electrical and plumbing work.Strong troubleshooting skills for HVAC and control systems.Ability to perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs.Proficient in pneumatics and hydraulics.
Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience as a maintenance technician.Familiarity with work order systems.Capability to handle multiple tasks across various locations.
Work Environment
This position involves supporting multiple sites around Harrisburg, PA. The role requires flexibility to respond to various locations as needed. The work environment is dynamic, requiring the ability to manage a range of HVAC and maintenance tasks efficiently.
