Job Title: HVAC Maintenance Tech Helper
Job Description
Join our dynamic team as an HVAC Maintenance Tech Helper, primarily serving residential customers in and around Oakland County. Your role involves performing HVAC maintenance tasks, including tune-ups, filter changes, inspections, cleaning coils and parts, checking refrigerant levels, and inspecting electrical connections to ensure units operate efficiently.
Responsibilities
Perform HVAC maintenance for residential customers.Conduct tune-ups, filter changes, and inspections.Clean coils and parts of HVAC systems.Check refrigerant levels and inspect electrical connections.Ensure HVAC units are running efficiently.Essential Skills
1-2 years of experience in residential HVAC work or maintenance.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and maneuver heavier items with assistance.Experience with residential HVAC, EPA certification, and troubleshooting.Valid driver's license with a good driving record.Strong customer service skills to communicate issues and solutions effectively.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with HVAC equipment repair and installation.Familiarity with rooftop units and mini splits.Understanding of electrical systems related to HVAC.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $62400.00/yr.
