**Job Title: HVAC Lead Installer**
Job Description
The lead is responsible for supporting the installation of HVAC equipment and components on new residential sites throughout the Kansas City area.
Responsibilities
+ Assist with the installation of HVAC equipment and components.
+ Layout jobs and instruct other installers on tasks.
+ Sheet metal and duct installation.
+ Perform rough-in work on new homes and commercial buildings.
+ Work collaboratively under project managers and superintendents.
+ Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
+ Install lighting, switches, electrical panels, and low voltage systems.
+ Troubleshoot HVAC systems and components.
Essential Skills
+ 6+ years of HVAC experience in new build ground-up settings.
+ Experience in both residential and commercial work.
+ Proficient in sheet metal and duct.
+ Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
+ Experience with Romex wiring.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ OSHA 10 certification.

Work Environment
Work primarily on residential and commercial new build job sites, both indoors and outdoors. The position operates on a day shift from 7am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday, with some opportunities for overtime.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Peculiar, Missouri.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $40.00/hr.
