Join our team as an HVAC Installer Lead, where you will be responsible for installing new HVAC equipment and removing old systems. You will work directly with customers to ensure proper installations of furnaces, RTUs, air handlers, AC units, mini splits, some duct work, thermostats, and water tanks.
ResponsibilitiesInstall new HVAC equipment and remove old systems.Interact with customers to ensure correct installations.Lead and train a helper on-site.Ensure all installations meet EPA standards.Essential Skills5 years of experience as an HVAC Install Technician in residential, commercial, or both settings.EPA Certification.Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities.Possession of own tools and a clean driving record.Additional Skills & Qualifications10+ years of experience is ideal.NATE Certification.Proficiency in HVAC installation, sheet metal, and duct work.Experience with diagnosis and refrigeration.Why Work Here?Enjoy the benefit of a service van and robust benefits once hired directly.
