Job Title: HVAC Installer

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team, primarily serving residential customers in Oakland County. This role involves installing AC units, furnaces, ducts, and thermostats. You will be responsible for discussing and educating customers, handling payments upon service completion, and following safety procedures both inside and outside customer homes. Additionally, you will be tasked with mentoring a helper.

Responsibilities

Perform HVAC installations for residential customers mainly within Oakland County.Conduct installations of AC units, furnaces, ducts, and thermostats.Educate customers during AOR work and manage payment transactions after service completion.Follow safety procedures while working inside and outside customer homes.Mentor and teach a helper.

Essential Skills

Minimum of 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience, including AOR or new construction.At least 2 years of experience leading a helper.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and maneuver heavier items with assistance.Valid driver's license and clean driving record.EPA Certification.Strong customer service skills to communicate effectively with customers.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in commercial HVAC service is advantageous.Carrier experience is preferred.Nexstar Training for approaching homes and communicating with homeowners is a huge plus.

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $52000.00/yr.
