**Job Title: HVAC Installer** **Job Description** We are seeking skilled HVAC Install Technicians to join our team specializing in commercial construction, primarily focusing on government projects at Federal, State, and Local levels. Our projects are conducted at military facilities, hospitals, airports, and educational campuses. While most work is local within a 45-mile radius, occasional projects occur throughout Wisconsin. **Responsibilities** + Perform installation of HVAC systems with precision and efficiency. + Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate installation. + Work with sheet metal and ductwork to complete HVAC installations. + Collaborate on both new construction and renovation projects. + Conduct testing and balancing of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance. **Essential Skills** + 3-9 years of HVAC installation experience preferred. + Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints. + Exceptional knowledge of HVAC functional design and ductwork installation. + General understanding of low voltage HVAC systems. + Ability to test and balance HVAC systems effectively. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + No certification required, but preferred. + Exceptional safety knowledge of tools and testing devices. **Why Work Here?** Join a growing local company that offers excellent benefits and incentives. Typical work hours are from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, subject to variation based on job site location and project needs. Technicians currently work between 45-50 hours weekly. Proper PPE is mandatory, including hard hats, steel-toed boots, vests, and safety glasses. Candidates must be comfortable working in various conditions, whether hot or cold. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Poynette, WI. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
