We are seeking skilled sheet metal installers to join our team, specializing in the HVAC industry. The role involves fabricating and installing building ductwork in new builds and renovation commercial projects. The successful candidate will work from blueprints to create and install ductwork on-site in accordance with construction documents.
ResponsibilitiesBend, join, hammer, and cut sheet metal for ductwork fabrication.Read and interpret blueprints to guide ductwork installation.Install HVAC ductwork in commercial and industrial settings.Collaborate with a team of 2-10 partners to complete installation projects.Work on-site at construction and manufacturing facilities, coordinating with other trades.
Essential Skills1-2+ years of experience in HVAC ductwork installation.Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.1-2+ years of experience in commercial building environments.
Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to service HVAC systems and controls.Capability to troubleshoot problems on existing equipment.

Work Environment
Work on 1st shift starting at 6:30 or 7:00 am, depending on the assigned project. Engage in construction-based projects at manufacturing facilities and commercial sites, installing new HVAC systems. Collaborate with other trades and work as part of a team to meet daily goals.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
