**Job Title: HVAC Installation Technician** **Job Description** Join a reputable local HVAC company in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, known for its expertise in heating and cooling services to both residential and commercial clients. With a rich history since 1974, the company is looking for an HVAC installer for a 3-month contract-to-hire role, primarily focusing on commercial settings. **Responsibilities** + Install HVAC equipment in commercial buildings, including furnaces, air handlers, indoor and outdoor coils, UV lights, air cleaners, and humidifiers. + Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure efficient and effective operation. + Diagnose and repair issues with HVAC systems, including refrigerants, compressors, and other components. + Provide excellent customer service by explaining services and repairs to customers and ensuring their satisfaction. + Offer guidance and training to HVAC installer helpers to develop their skills. + Complete necessary paperwork accurately and in a timely manner. **Essential Skills** + At least 3 years of relevant experience in the HVAC industry. + Proficiency in installation, construction, use of hand tools, mechanical aptitude, and troubleshooting. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Possession of own tools. + Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lewisburg, PA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $32.00/hr.
