ARS of Pittsburgh is seeking an experienced HVAC Installation Manager (AOR) to oversee our installation department. Earn $95,000 - $120,000 per year, all in full compensation, while working for the nation's largest provider of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services.

This role requires a leader who can optimize labor productivity, ensure OSHA safety compliance, and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.
Provides planning and management in the safe and efficient installation of new HVAC equipment, components and systems in commercial and/or residential settings. Evaluates work load and schedules installation work in a way that best utilizes manpower and maximizes installation output. Act as the primary point of contact for homeowners, building inspectors, and project managers to ensure seamless project execution of installation needs and maintain good customer relations. Drives to job sites to perform regular field inspections to monitor production, efficiency of technicians and monitor quality control. Generates reports and measures of departmental operations as well as records on all inventory, tools and vehicles. Prepares required reports on issues such as production, vehicles, material usage, etc.and reviews reports with management.Evaluates staff to determine training requirements and provides on-the-job training and support to employees.Instructs crews on proper use of materials and quality workmanship. Stays in touch with installation crews to assist with unexpected needs. Review payroll records, material usage reports, and job costing to maintain departmental profitability.Checks to ensure that each job is complete. May conduct job site surveys. Resolves customer complaints/issues. Monitors preventive maintenance of vehicles to ensure proper operation. May manage a sales staff and approve pricing for sales. Oversees facility and equipment maintenance, ensuring that assets are protected and controlled. Coordinates work with subcontractors, as needed.Qualifications
HVAC Installation Manager (AOR) Requirement:
5+ years of experience in HVAC installation.3+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.
A High School diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.Related experience and/or advanced training or any equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted. A working knowledge of basic carpentry, gas piping, electricity and air flow are required. Journeyman licensure is desired. A valid driver’s license is required. Must possess a working knowledge of local codes and general industry standards. Strong supervisory, communications, computer and mathematical skills are required.

Expertise: Deep knowledge of HVAC design, ductwork, and refrigeration cycles.
Leadership: Proven track record in field supervision and coordination.
Compliance: Familiarity with EPA regulations and state/local building permits.
Sales Integration: Ability to support sales teams with technical system pricing and equipment selection.
