**Job Title: HVAC Installation Supervisor** **Job Description** Lead, supervise, and mentor HVAC installation crews on job sites. Plan daily tasks, assign work, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope. Interpret blueprints, specifications, and job layouts to guide installation activities. Perform and oversee installation of HVAC equipment, ductwork, piping, controls, and related components. Conduct quality checks to ensure workmanship meets company and industry standards. Maintain a safe job site by enforcing safety protocols and conducting toolbox talks. Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, inspectors, and customers to resolve issues and maintain clear communication. Track materials, tools, and equipment needs; ensure proper use and maintenance. Document project progress, changes, and completion details.
