HVAC Install Foreman
**Job Title: HVAC Installation Supervisor** **Job Description** Lead, supervise, and mentor HVAC installation crews on job sites. Plan daily tasks, assign work, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope. Interpret blueprints, specifications, and job layouts to guide installation activities. Perform and oversee installation of HVAC equipment, ductwork, piping, controls, and related components. Conduct quality checks to ensure workmanship meets company and industry standards. Maintain a safe job site by enforcing safety protocols and conducting toolbox talks. Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, inspectors, and customers to resolve issues and maintain clear communication. Track materials, tools, and equipment needs; ensure proper use and maintenance. Document project progress, changes, and completion details. Train and develop apprentices and installers to build team capability. **Responsibilities** + Lead and supervise HVAC installation crews. + Plan and assign daily tasks to ensure project timelines and scope are maintained. + Interpret and apply blueprints, specifications, and job layouts. + Oversee installation of HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with standards. + Conduct quality checks for workmanship and safety. + Enforce safety protocols and conduct toolbox talks on-site. + Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders for project clarity. + Manage materials, tools, and equipment usage and maintenance. + Document project progress and changes. + Train and mentor apprentices and junior installers. **Essential Skills** + 5+ years of HVAC installation experience. + Leadership or foreman experience preferred. + Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and mechanical codes. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents. + Excellent communication and leadership skills. + Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. + State or local HVAC licensing (if applicable). + Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with both residential and commercial installations. + Familiarity with project management software. + Strong customer-service mindset. + Ability to train and mentor junior technicians. **Why Work Here?** We offer good benefits and a company vehicle.
