**Job Title: HVAC Foreman** **Job Description** We are seeking an experienced HVAC Installation Foreman with over 8 years of experience in HVAC installation and more than 4 years of leadership experience. This position involves leading a small crew of installers and tin knockers on a large-scale 1,000,000 sq ft industrial project for a new semiconductor and solar panel facility. The foreman will report daily progress to Mechanical Superintendents and is expected to work independently, guiding the team to complete daily task checklists. The ability to read and interpret blueprints and layout drawings is essential, as is the capability to install large box ductwork, some spiral duct, air handlers, air return systems, and dust collection systems.
