Job Title: HVAC Field Service Technician

Job Description

The Field Service Technician is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while troubleshooting and servicing all trailers in the field. These activities should be conducted in a timely and cost-efficient manner with a strong focus on safety. The company prioritizes safety and customer service, and all company vehicles are equipped with cameras.

ResponsibilitiesPerform repairs to mobile office trailers, including framing, finish carpentry, electrical, flooring, plumbing, painting, running gear, and all other facets of modular building repair.Coordinate with the Branch Coordinator to schedule and manage field activity with an emphasis on safe and efficient time on site. Complete daily work orders and service orders via the Field Service Application.Maintain proper inventory levels of all equipment, tools, parts, and VAPS needed for service tasks.Maintain trucks and vans in proper condition, proactively scheduling all service needs.Provide courteous customer service over the phone and in person, explaining all repairs and services to customers.Essential SkillsHigh School diploma or GEDClean driving record2+ years of experience in customer relationship management or customer service workCarpentry knowledge with some plumbing and electrical experienceAdditional Skills & QualificationsExperience with HVAC is idealWhy Work Here?

Work Environment

This is a field position with approximately 25% of the time spent on-site and 75% completing service jobs. The work schedule is the first shift from 6:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $47840.00 - $66560.00/yr.
