We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Technician to join our team, focusing on the installation, inspection, and repair of HVAC systems within commercial environments. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the operational efficiency and safety of our systems.

ResponsibilitiesInstall, inspect, and repair HVAC systems in commercial environments.Perform routine and emergency maintenance on HVAC equipment.Diagnose system malfunctions and recommend effective solutions.Replace defective components such as motors, compressors, and thermostats.Monitor and adjust Building Automation Systems (BAS) for optimal performance.Ensure systems meet energy efficiency and safety standards.Maintain accurate service records and documentation.Communicate effectively with clients regarding service needs and system operations.Essential SkillsStrong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.Proficiency in troubleshooting and repair.Experience in HVAC installation and field service.Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.Proven experience in commercial HVAC service.EPA certification required; NATE certification is a plus.Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00/hr.
