**Job Title: HVAC Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a detail-oriented HVAC Technician to install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems. The role requires expertise in cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems, as well as guiding and advising customers on selecting the most suitable air quality systems to meet their needs. You will oversee air quality systems throughout their lifecycle by performing maintenance, warranty, and emergency repairs. **Responsibilities** + Install, maintain, and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment. + Identify maintenance risks on equipment. + Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems. + Clean, adjust, and repair systems, and perform warranty services. + Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently. + Keep daily logs and records of all maintenance functions. + Comply with service standards, work instructions, and customers' requirements. + Assist with customers' queries. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.
