Human Resources Trainee - Payroll

Goal
Get experience in a variety of HR activities and support the different areas of human resources.
Principal Activities Management and support for weekly and biweekly payroll. Collect overtime forms from operational staff. Send dismissal notices for operational and administrative staff to the IMSS. Review of disabilities among operational and administrative staff. Issuance of credentials for new staff members. Process weekly and biweekly requests for additional payroll payments. Preparation of reports on hours worked for accurate weekly monitoring. Contributions to savings funds and pension plans for administrative and operational staff. Management and supervision of general services (transportation, canteen). Education, experience, knowledge, and skills: Bachelor's degrees in Accounting, Business Administration, International Business, and Economics. Advanced english. Communication skills. Analysis, responsibility, willingness to learn, initiative. Organization and time management, legal and regulatory knowledge.
