Human Resources Trainee

Goal
Get experience in a variety of HR activities and support the different areas of human resources.
Principal Activities Support for the recruitment of operational staff: Attracting candidates, conducting selection interviews, administering psychometric and technical tests. Support for the recruitment of administrative staff: Preselection of candidates. Creation and updating of files. Participation in the welcome and induction process for new employees. Participation in event planning. Management and attention to general services. (Transportation, cafeteria) Education, experience, knowledge, and skills: Bachelor's degree: Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. Qualification: Degree obtained or in progress (courses completed). Advanced English. Leadership, negotiation, and effective communication. Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to perform data analysis and generate reports. Proficiency in Office software: Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI desirable.
