What You’ll Do

In this role, you will support key HR functions tied to employee relations, compensation, and operational excellence. You will:

Evaluate pay rates for hourly employees and maintain the overall compensation framework.Implement policy and organizational changes, ensuring accuracy from development through final rate determination.Collaborate with global partners including Program Managers, Operations, and Technology teams.Perform essential administrative and analytical tasks such as:Running and analyzing reportsConducting auditsManaging HR ticketsCompleting wage reviewsUpdating and maintaining SOPsBalance workflow with 60% focused, independent work and 40% collaborative interaction across teams and time zones.What You BringEssential SkillsBachelor's degree.Experience in global HR or interest in HR operations at an international scale.Strong Excel proficiency (formulas, VLOOKUP).Exceptional attention to detail.High level of technical aptitude and clear communication skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience working with a major online retailer.AI certification or familiarity with AI-assisted tools and workflows.Strong communication, dependable execution, and a proven bias for action.2–4 years of related experience (open to early-career professionals eager to grow).Work Environment100% onsite in Seattle.Monday–Friday schedule, with a 6:00–7:00 AM start time to support collaboration with a trainer based in Spain.After training, enjoy scheduling flexibility (late arrivals or early departures as needed).Fast-paced environment with significant opportunities for growth, skill expansion, and cross-cultural collaboration.

This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
