Overview:
Temporary coverage for a leave of absence- This role will be 100% transactional. They will be responsible for submitting HR tickets for the different populations (staff/non-faculty academics/faculty) that this team manages. They will also look to have them receive, review and submit without salary appointments (i.e. volunteer, affiliate).
Responsibilities:
-Submit HR tickets via PCMA (People Connect) for the different populations (staff/non-faculty academics/faculty) for the HR team. Process badge access requests and SPOT award tickets.
-Receive, review and submit paperwork for volunteer and affiliate appointments (also through PCMA). These are without salary appointments.
-Monitor the PsychiatryHR email inbox and tag the respective folks to address population-specific inquiries. Answer basic questions that come through (i.e. which team member handles XYZ population, where should I go for a benefits-related inquiry, do you handle VCP (volunteer clinical professor) appointments).

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
