Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Human Resources Specialist to join our team!

The HR Specialist plays a key role in supporting the overall HR function by coordinating daily operations, managing documentation, and supports in implementing HR strategies. This role provides both administrative and functional support to HR leadership, ensuring efficient workflow, compliance with policies, and positive employee experience. The position requires strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Coordinate the mobilization of new employees, including preparing documentation, arranging joining schedules, ensuring completion of pre-employment requirements, supporting relocation, collaborating with internal departments, and facilitating a smooth transition into the organizationOrganize and conduct new hire orientation sessions to welcome employees and introduce them to the company’s culture, values, policies, and proceduresAnswer frequently asked questions from employees relating to standard policies, benefits, onboarding processes, etc.; refer more complex questions to appropriate senior-level HR leadershipAssist with conflict resolution and communication between employees, HR leadership and functional managementCoordinate the full employee exit process, including resignation acknowledgements, clearance procedures, final settlements, provide exit process formalitiesPrepare end – of – service letters, process final settlements, and liaise with Payroll, Finance, and IT departments for deactivation of systems, and the completion of clearance formsEnsure all termination procedures comply with company policies and UAE Labour LawConsistent use of MS office programs

What Required Skills You’ll Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field2 + years of HR experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsKnowledge of HR policies and UAE Labour Law

What Desired Skills You’ll Bring:

Professional certification, such as Professional in Human Resources (PHR)
