Job Title: Human Resources Shared Services AssociateJob Description

The Human Resources Shared Services Associate is a key member of the Human Resources organization, serving as the primary contact for our workforce. This role involves providing front office HR services and professional support to the business and employees. The HR Advisor will consult, coach, and resolve inquiries, using discretion and sound judgment to determine the best methods for resolution. The role includes providing guidance on workforce management, payroll, performance management, employee relations, total rewards programs, employee life cycle transactions, and other HR processes and policies.

ResponsibilitiesProvide responses to HR inquiries when Direct Access information is insufficient or guide individuals on necessary HR transactions.Perform intake of HR inquiries via multiple channels, including case systems, chat, or telephony, using discretion and sound judgment to select the best resolution method.Offer policy and process advice to employees, managers, and HRBPs, working through options and coaching them to resolution.Guide employees and managers to relevant resources, including toolkits, SOPs, process details, or training materials, providing detailed explanations when necessary.Participate in enhancing and improving the company website content/FAQs and Local Work Instructions (LWIs) based on feedback from case resolutions.Deliver high-touch customer service that meets expected service levels and business performance goals.Collaborate with all functional teams to achieve Turn-Around-Time (TAT) and First Level Resolution (FLR) goals.Identify and report trends in cases or products to management and collaborate with HR functional teams to improve HR services.Provide feedback on customer issues and the knowledge base.Work collaboratively within the HR team to share ideas and drive improvements for key HR processes across regions.Participate in training and learning opportunities to enhance process acumen and individual skills development.Essential SkillsAt least 2 years of experience in Human Resources, with experience in HR support, benefits administration, and case management.Proficiency in Workday and ServiceNow.Great customer service skills.Ability to work in a large-size company environment.Bachelor’s degree preferred; an Associate's degree with experience will be considered.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree from an accredited university/college specialized in HR preferred.Minimum of 2 years of human resources operational experience at a generalist level.Knowledge of HR policies, processes, and regional employment laws.Experience in a fast-moving, complex, and changing environment.Operational experience with HR processes such as hiring, payroll, rewards, performance, and employee relations.Sound judgment in assessing requirements to identify business solutions.Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.Ability to present complex information clearly to various stakeholders.Continuous improvement mindset.Highly computer literate with knowledge of HR systems and processes.Proficiency in additional languages such as Spanish, Portuguese, or French is preferred.Work Environment

The position requires working Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. Training will be onsite for at least 4 days per week, transitioning to a hybrid model with 50% onsite presence and flexible scheduling. The team consists of 8 other advisors, servicing employees in North America and South America.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.82 - $28.82/hr.
