Join The Cigna Group’s Human Resources Leadership Development Program (HRLDP) Summer Internship—a 10-week experience designed to accelerate your growth and impact. You’ll work on strategic projects that shape our talent strategy, collaborate with passionate HR leaders, and gain insights that prepare you for a future as a high-performing HR professional.
Responsibilities:
+ Drive meaningful outcomes by contributing to projects within HR Centers of Expertise (COEs) that advance our talent and business strategies.
+ Collaborate with senior HRprofessionalsto influence decisions and deliver innovative solutions.
+ Present project insights and recommendations toHR leaders,showcasingyour ability to create impact.
+ Engage in professional development through workshops, speaker series, and networking events designed to build leadership capabilities.
Qualifications – Required:
+ Currently enrolled in the first year of aMaster’sprogram in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or MBA with HR focus.
+ Minimum 1 year of professionalHRexperience.
+ Strong communicationskills and ability to build relationships in a matrixed environment.
Qualifications – Preferred:
+ Demonstratedcuriosity and problem-solving mindset.
+ Experience working on cross-functional projects or in dynamic environments.
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
