Qualifications – Required: + Currently enrolled in the first year of aMaster’sprogram in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or MBA with HR focus. + Minimum 1 year of professionalHRexperience. + Strong communicationskills and ability to build relationships in a matrixed environment. Qualifications – Preferred: + Demonstratedcuriosity and problem-solving mindset. + Experience working on cross-functional projects or in dynamic environments.
