Elderwood Administrative Services (EAS) is seeking an experienced and highly capable Human Resources Manager to support multiple business lines across our organization, including Elderwood Administrative Services, Elderwood IPA, and Woodmark Pharmacy.
This is a corporate HR role, not a single-facility position. The HR Manager serves as a trusted partner to leadership across business lines while also owning the day-to-day execution of HR operations. This role is ideal for a seasoned HR professional who is both strategic in thinking and hands-on in execution - someone who understands that strong HR starts with systems, accuracy, compliance, and follow-through.
The Role.The Human Resources Manager is responsible for the full scope of HR administration and execution across assigned corporate and affiliated entities. This includes onboarding, employee relations, compliance, payroll and benefits administration, performance management, and systems maintenance. You will work closely with business line leadership, managers, and employees - building credibility quickly, making a strong professional impression, and ensuring HR processes are clear, compliant, and effective.
This role requires high attention to detail, comfort with systems and manual processes, and the ability to prioritize and self-manage in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.

ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources Manager - What You’ll Do:
Corporate HR Operations & AdministrationExecute and manage core HR processes across multiple business lines
Maintain accurate employee records and documentation in HRIS, ATS, LMS, and timekeeping systems
Ensure compliance with state and federal labor laws, including FMLA, OSHA, COBRA, and wage & hour requirements
Own onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring consistency, compliance, and a positive employee experience
Recruitment & OnboardingManage end-to-end recruiting and onboarding for assigned business lines
Partner with leadership to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities
Ensure timely processing of offers, pre-employment requirements, and new hire orientation
Track open positions, reporting, referrals, and recruitment activity
Payroll, Benefits & Leave AdministrationOversee accurate data entry and maintenance in HRIS and time & attendance systems
Review timecards, assist with payroll accuracy, and resolve employee inquiries
Support benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations
Coordinate and track leaves of absence, ensuring FMLA and regulatory compliance
Employee Relations & Performance ManagementServe as a first point of contact for employee concerns, questions, and policy interpretation
Support leaders with corrective action, performance management, and documentation
Maintain disciplinary logs and ensure consistent application of policies
Conduct exit interviews and analyze trends to support retention efforts
Compliance, Systems & Process ImprovementEnsure all licensure, certifications, medical clearances, and regulatory documentation are maintained
Represent the organization in unemployment and workers’ compensation matters as needed
Maintain and improve HR systems and workflows to support an efficient, employee-friendly experience
Partner with leadership on HR initiatives, audits, reporting, and continuous improvement
QualificationsHuman Resources Manager - What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field OR equivalent HR management experience
PHR preferred
Strong working knowledge of employment law, compliance, payroll, benefits, and HR operations
Proven experience with recruiting and onboarding in a fast-paced environment
Prior payroll and benefits administration experience strongly preferred
High proficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office
Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities
Strong communicator who can engage confidently with leadership and employees
Comfortable working autonomously and owning outcomes
