Human Resources Manager

Elderwood Administrative Services (Corporate Office)
Supporting Multiple Business Lines

Corporate HR Leadership - Hands-On, High Impact.

Elderwood Administrative Services (EAS) is seeking an experienced and highly capable Human Resources Manager to support multiple business lines across our organization, including Elderwood Administrative Services, Elderwood IPA, and Woodmark Pharmacy.

This is a corporate HR role, not a single-facility position. The HR Manager serves as a trusted partner to leadership across business lines while also owning the day-to-day execution of HR operations. This role is ideal for a seasoned HR professional who is both strategic in thinking and hands-on in execution - someone who understands that strong HR starts with systems, accuracy, compliance, and follow-through.

The Role.

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for the full scope of HR administration and execution across assigned corporate and affiliated entities. This includes onboarding, employee relations, compliance, payroll and benefits administration, performance management, and systems maintenance. You will work closely with business line leadership, managers, and employees - building credibility quickly, making a strong professional impression, and ensuring HR processes are clear, compliant, and effective.

This role requires high attention to detail, comfort with systems and manual processes, and the ability to prioritize and self-manage in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.

Who Thrives in This Role.
