Human Resources Manager
Position Summary

The Human Resources (HR) Manager will lead all HR functions within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive, productive workplace culture. The HR Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees, driving initiatives in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and workforce development.

Key ResponsibilitiesEmployee Relations & Engagement:Act as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.Promote a positive work environment through engagement programs and communication strategies.Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried positions.Partner with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs and maintain a strong talent pipeline.Performance Management & Development:Oversee performance review processes and coach managers on effective feedback.Identify training needs and coordinate development programs for employees and supervisors.Compliance & Policy Administration:Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws (EEO, FMLA, OSHA, etc.).Maintain and update HR policies and procedures.HR Metrics & Reporting:Track and analyze key HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, and labor costs.Provide insights and recommendations to leadership based on data trends.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or HR certification preferred).Experience:5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a manufacturing or industrial setting.Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
