We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage all human resources functions within our manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that support business objectives, ensure compliance, and foster a positive workplace culture. Candidates must have prior experience in a manufacturing environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals and regulatory requirements.Partner with plant leadership to address workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning.Manage employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution in a fair and consistent manner.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, including OSHA and safety regulations.Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll processes in collaboration with finance.Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture.Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports for leadership.Lead training programs for supervisors and employees on HR policies, safety, and compliance.Support continuous improvement initiatives within HR and across the organization.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification (PHR/SPHR) preferred.5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a manufacturing environment.Strong knowledge of employment laws, safety regulations, and HR best practices.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Job Type & Location
