**Human Resource Manager - Medical Leave Coverage**
Our client, a manufacturing organization committed to operational excellence and employee development, is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join their team to cover for a Medical Leave. As a Human Resources Manager, you will be part of the HR Department supporting the production and operational teams. The ideal candidate will have 3 - 4 + solid Human Resources Experience, strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Human Resources Manager/Generalist
**Location: Manawa, WI**
**Pay Range:** 35 - 45/hrK
**Shift: 1st / Days**
**What's the Job?**
+ Provide HR Support and Oversight throughout the production team on a broad spectrum of human resources functions within the organization
+ Assist with operational support and internal business partner for HR initiatives
+ Advise HR team on potential non-compliant HR issues and general policies
+ Build strong partnerships with operations and production teams to drive business results
+ Support performance management and staff development s
**What's Needed?**
+ 3-4 + Five solid HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
+ Strong knowledge of HR principles, policies, and employment law
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
