Job Description

This role involves leading and managing the human resources functions within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The Human Resources Manager will oversee recruitment processes, manage performance reviews, facilitate salary increases, and assist with mergers and acquisitions (M&A). The position also includes responsibilities related to training programs and the transition of benefits. Experience with ADP Workforce Now is required.

ResponsibilitiesOversee recruiter and recruitment functions to ensure effective hiring processes.Manage performance reviews and coordinate salary increases to align with company standards.Assist with M&A activities, ensuring smooth integration and transition.Facilitate training programs to enhance employee skills and development.Oversee the transition of benefits to ensure employee satisfaction and compliance.Essential Skills5-7 years of experience in human resources.Experience with ADP Workforce Now.Exposure to mergers and acquisitions (M&A).Ability to oversee recruiting processes and manage performance reviews.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related field.Knowledge of training programs and benefits transition.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $125000.00/yr.
