Human Resources Manager
Job Title: Human Resources ManagerJob Description As the Human Resources Manager, you will lead and direct routine HR functions at the assigned branch or department. Your role involves overseeing hiring and interviewing processes, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices. Responsibilities + Manage the entire hiring process, including job postings, candidate screenings, interviews, and onboarding. + Partner with managers to determine necessary skills and competencies for open positions. + Oversee full-cycle recruitment to ensure an engaging and seamless candidate experience. + Act as a trusted point of contact for employee concerns, promoting a positive and supportive workplace. + Administer disciplinary actions and terminations in line with company policies. + Facilitate effective communication between employees and management to maintain a collaborative environment. + Implement and manage the performance evaluation program, ensuring effectiveness and alignment with company goals. + Advise managers on performance-related concerns, offering guidance and solutions. + Identify training and development needs, coordinating relevant programs to enhance employee growth. + Administer employee benefits programs, including annual health insurance enrollment, wellness initiatives, and retirement planning support. + Assist in resolving pay and scheduling discrepancies before payroll deadlines. + Ensure strict adherence to local, state, and federal labor laws. + Support the updating and enforcement of company policies and procedures. + Conduct investigations and maintain records related to HR and compliance matters. + Develop and conduct HR training sessions, addressing key workplace topics. + Foster employee growth through continuous learning and professional development opportunities. + Collaborate with leadership to shape HR strategies aligned with business objectives. + Analyze HR data and provide reports to senior management to guide informed decision-making. Essential Skills + Completion of a high school diploma and/or GED. + Degree from a four-year college or university in human resources, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent related experience preferred. + Minimum of 3-5 years in human resource management. + Professional HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in organizational development. + Strong analytical skills for HR data analysis. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
