**Role Overview** Sodexo is seeking a **Human Resources Manager** to support our onsite food service operations in **King of Prussia, PA** . This role is responsible for delivering comprehensive HR support for a designated employee population, including onboarding and orientation, employee engagement, employee relations, and the consistent application of HR policies and procedures. The HR Manager will partner closely with operations leaders to ensure a positive employee experience while supporting business goals in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. This strategic alliance between Magic Johnson Enterprises and Sodexo, Inc., enables us to deliver creative solutions to our clients along with our local partners throughout the communities we serve. **What You'll Do** + Manage the HR function for a defined segment of onsite Sodexo client teams, including hourly recruitment, onboarding and off-boarding, training, leave administration, and employee records. + Partner with hiring managers to support end-to-end hiring processes, from requisition approval through offer and start date. + Serve as a resource for new hires by connecting them with subject matter experts for benefits, payroll, and timekeeping support. + Collaborate across all levels of the organization, including frontline staff, supervisors, managers, and directors. + Support talent acquisition efforts by ensuring roles are approved, posted, and effectively sourced to attract qualified candidates. + Assist leaders with employee relations and performance matters, balancing employee needs with policy compliance under HR leadership guidance. **What We Offer** Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
