Sodexo is seeking a Human Resources Manager to support our onsite food service operations in King of Prussia, PA. This role is responsible for delivering comprehensive HR support for a designated employee population, including onboarding and orientation, employee engagement, employee relations, and the consistent application of HR policies and procedures. The HR Manager will partner closely with operations leaders to ensure a positive employee experience while supporting business goals in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player with strong communication and listening skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple HR priorities simultaneously. Success in this role requires a forward-thinking mindset, flexibility to adapt to changing needs, and strong organizational skills. Spanish proficiency is required to effectively support and engage a diverse workforce.

What You'll Do Manage the HR function for a defined segment of onsite Sodexo client teams, including hourly recruitment, onboarding and off-boarding, training, leave administration, and employee records.

Partner with hiring managers to support end-to-end hiring processes, from requisition approval through offer and start date.

Serve as a resource for new hires by connecting them with subject matter experts for benefits, payroll, and timekeeping support.

Collaborate across all levels of the organization, including frontline staff, supervisors, managers, and directors.

Support talent acquisition efforts by ensuring roles are approved, posted, and effectively sourced to attract qualified candidates.

Assist leaders with employee relations and performance matters, balancing employee needs with policy compliance under HR leadership guidance.

What You Bring Minimum 2 years of HR experience; additional experience may be considered in lieu of formal education

Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills

Working knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment regulations

Experience in food service or other regulated environments preferred

Experience working in a union environment

Familiarity with onboarding and compliance requirements

Bilingual in Spanish is strongly preferred

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience

Minimum Management Experience - 2 years          

Minimum Functional Experience – 2 years in HR
