Sodexo is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager 3 to support our Healthcare Food Services operations at LVHN–Muhlenberg, in Bethlehem, PA with additional support provided to select nearby sites as needed. This role will be on-site at Muhlenberg, with occasional travel to other local locations including Cedar Crest, Dickson, and Pocono City sites.
Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, the HR Manager 3 will serve as a key partner to site leadership, supporting a complex, unionized workforce in a regulated healthcare environment.

What You'll Do Lead onboarding and orientation for frontline team members at Muhlenberg
Support General Managers and site leaders with HR guidance across assigned locations
Provide support for employee relations matters, including unionized frontline teams
Partner with management on training, employee engagement, scheduling, and payroll-related matters
Ensure compliance with healthcare onboarding and regulatory requirements (DOH, Joint Commission, long-term care standards, etc.)
Serve as an HR resource for a large, multi-site account supporting approximately 550 employees, including 150 frontline team members

What You BringMinimum 3 years of HR experience; additional experience may be considered in lieu of formal education
Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills
General working knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment regulations
Union experience preferred
Experience in healthcare, food service, or other regulated environments preferred
Familiarity with healthcare onboarding and compliance requirements strongly preferred
Bilingual preferred, but not required

Qualifications & RequirementsMinimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience – 2 years in HR
