**Role Overview** **Delivering people solutions in a complex healthcare environment.** **Sodexo** is seeking an experienced **Human Resources Manager 3** to support our Healthcare Food Services operations at **LVHN–Muhlenberg** , in **Bethlehem, PA** with additional support provided to select nearby sites as needed. This role will be on-site at Muhlenberg, with occasional travel to other local locations including Cedar Crest, Dickson, and Pocono City sites. Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, the HR Manager 3 will serve as a key partner to site leadership, supporting a complex, unionized workforce in a regulated healthcare environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys being hands-on, partnering closely with operational leaders, and supporting a large frontline workforce in a mission-driven healthcare environment. **What You'll Do** + Lead onboarding and orientation for frontline team members at Muhlenberg + Support General Managers and site leaders with HR guidance across assigned locations + Provide support for employee relations matters, including unionized frontline teams + Partner with management on training, employee engagement, scheduling, and payroll-related matters + Ensure compliance with healthcare onboarding and regulatory requirements (DOH, Joint Commission, long-term care standards, etc.) + Serve as an HR resource for a large, multi-site account supporting approximately 550 employees, including 150 frontline team members **What We Offer** Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
