The Environmental Services Department at White Oak Medical Center located in Silver Spring, Maryland is seeking a dynamic Human Resources professional to manage the HR function on-site. This is an acute care hospital near College Park, MD with 230 beds. A dynamic team environment looking for an experienced HR Manager for our full-service Environmental Services team supporting the facility & custodial services. This is an excellent position for an HR Manager looking for continued growth and opportunity within Healthcare. Candidates should have experience managing all HR/adminstrative functions from recruiting, rewarding, retention, constructive counseling, management of FMLA, workers compensation, etc. and a demonstrated ability to engage with employees. An HR degree is preferred. Outstanding customer & client service skills are paramount.
