Those who join us full-time will rotate through three dynamic HR roles (12 months each), gaining a 360° view of HR and building a strong foundation for leadership. **Who We’re Looking For:** + First-year Master’s students in HR, Labor Relations, or MBA programs with an HR focus. + 1+ years of professional experience (HR experience preferred). + Strong relationship builders who thrive in a matrixed environment. + Curious, self-driven problem solvers with a passion for people. + Excellent communicators—both written and verbal.
