Position Overview:

Program Overview
Our 10‑week paid Summer Internship Program runs June 1 – August 7 and is a full‑time (40 hours/week) experience based in Duluth, MN. Interns gain real‑world exposure through hands‑on work, lunch & learns, ELT conversations, and a final project presentation.

Role Overview
The HR Intern will support people‑focused initiatives that shape the associate experience. This role is ideal for someone who values relationships, inclusion, and helping others do their best work.

What You’ll Do

Support a variety of HR teams and initiatives, which may include HR Business Partners, Total Rewards, HRIS, learning & development, and our HR Support CenterAssist with projects, process improvement efforts, and day‑to‑day operational supportHelp prepare communications or resources that support the teamPartner with team members across HR to learn how people practices support the businessContribute to a final capstone project that reflects your learning, growth, and impact

Qualifications

Currently a junior or senior or a recent graduatePursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related fieldInterest in people practices, culture, and employee experienceAble to work full‑time, on‑site in Duluth, MN for the duration of the programStrong communication skills and attention to detailRetail experience is a plus, but not required
