Human Resources (HR) Manager
Description We are looking for a dedicated Human Resources (HR) Manager to lead and oversee critical HR functions within our organization. Based in Fontana, California, this role requires a strategic thinker who can manage recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and performance management while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating a positive workplace culture and driving process improvements. Responsibilities: • Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees to ensure a seamless experience. • Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures that comply with federal, state, and local regulations. • Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and timely execution. • Conduct analysis of HR data to identify trends and recommend actionable improvements. • Partner with department leaders to design and implement effective training programs. • Oversee employee performance evaluations, providing guidance to managers on performance-related issues. • Address employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and investigations. • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and manage safety training initiatives. • Provide counsel to employees and managers on HR policies, practices, and procedures. • Prepare and present detailed HR reports for senior management review. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. • Proficiency in Chinese is highly desirable. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management. • Strong expertise in HRIS systems and their applications. • Exceptional skills in data analysis and interpreting HR metrics. • Proven track record in leading process improvement initiatives. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships across all organizational levels. • Experience in conducting interviews and making strategic hiring decisions.
