We are seeking a hands-on HR Generalist to support our Chicago-based operations. This in-person role partners closely with employees and leaders to provide day-to-day HR support, with a focus on employee relations, benefits, and compliance. Key Responsibilities: + Serve as a primary HR contact for employees and managers + Process and maintain leave of absence administration + Handle employee relations matters, including investigations and performance support + Support benefits administration and respond to employee benefit questions + Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws + Maintain accurate and confidential employee records + Support onboarding, employee communications, and engagement initiatives Qualifications: + 3+ years of HR Generalist experience + Strong knowledge of employee relations, benefits, and HR compliance + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills + HRIS and ATS experience required (Workday a plus) + Union experience preferred, not required Work Environment: + In-person role based in Chicago, IL, monthly travel to Batavia, IL Compensation & Benefits: + Competitive pay and full benefits package + $65K/Annual salary Beacon Mobility is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
