Role Definition
Provides direction and support to business units in the areas of staffing, employee development, employee counseling, training and performance management.

Responsibilities
• Making recommendations to senior management on issues concerning employees, recruiting, turnover or training.
• Administering compensation programs; monitoring performance evaluation programs and revising as necessary.
• Handling employee relations issues, outplacement counseling, and exit interviewing.
• Conducting organizational effectiveness assessments and recommending programs to address issues.
Degree Requirement
Degree or equivalent experience desired

Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

* Assisting in the development of and administering a wide variety of Human Resource services and functions for a facility, division or Shared Services
* Aligning responsibilities to ensure acting as a strategic Human Resources partner with customers 
* Acting as Liaison with Regional and Corporate Human Resources 
* Interfacing with Corporate Human Resources, Compensation + Benefit and Payroll personnel to assist with coordinating the resolution of employee issues and problems within HR areas 
* Meeting expectations in delivering results, considering alternative courses of actions, making timely decisions and continuing to build strong relationship with peers and customers 
* Managing multiple priorities and staying abreast of current regulations and human resource management

*Support leaders in identifying training needs of employees and pull learning and development opportunities from India L&D team

*Support Managers on administering Performance management process (Quarterly, Half yearly and Annual)

*Support managers on Career development process

*Drive and Administer retention strategy

*Connect employees with Enterprise strategy and communication

*Build engagement of employees through employee wellbeing programs

HR: Policies, Standards and Procedures: Knowledge of human resource function; ability to uphold the organization's and industry's standards, procedures and policies regarding human resources management.

• Analyses policy and standards documentation and ensures organizational compliance.
• Maintains a specific set of standards and associated HR procedures.
• Communicates and refers potential exceptions upward for review and approval.
• Assists in the development and implementation of specific procedures.
• Provides feedback for the improvement of HR procedures.
